The Wall Street Journal
Photo Editor

I worked on the U.S. news desk, leading photo coverage of national stories, notably the 2016 presidential election.

My responsibilities involved producing photo shoots, in collaboration with journalists documenting the changing American cultural and political landscape, and I played a crucial role helping readers understand these stories through imagery.

I designed immersive multimedia feature stories to enhance reader engagement on the Journal’s digital platforms, and worked closely with the creative director on the design of the print edition.

My work from The Daily Beast reflects a dynamic and fast-paced digital work environment.  In this role, I researched and obtained news photography for the homepage, as well as feature stories and special projects. I also created conceptual photo illustrations.

The New York Times
Photo Editor

My career in photography began at The New York Times where I produced compelling visual content primarily for the print edition of the newspaper.

Working closely with both staff and freelance photographers, I commissioned and edited photo shoots ranging from breaking news, documentary, and features, to portraiture, fashion, architecture and still life.

During my time, I rotated between various news desks, as needed, and I worked with virtually every department at the Times.
